- MSC.visualNastran
for Windows provides the power of MSC.Nastran, the world's
most comprehensive and full featured finite element analysis
program, coupled with a Windows graphical user interface.
This integrated system includes modelling and results
visualisation. The base system provides basic structural,
normal modes and buckling with optimised performance for
Windows 95,98, NT, 2000 or Me.
- Additional
modules can be added for: Advanced Modeller, Expert
Modeller, Heat Transfer, Dynamic Response, Non Linear,
Sizing Optimisation and Computational Fluid Dynamics
(CFD).
- The Advanced
Modeller adds basic solid geometry primitives manipulation
and the ability to link with CAD systems using ACIS and
Parasolid.
- The Expert
Modeller adds further integration capabilities by offering
direct importation of CATIA, Unigraphics, CADSS 4x
etc.
